A Burnout Recovery Coach is a professional who helps individuals recover from burnout, a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged stress. These coaches typically work with clients to develop strategies for managing stress, improving work-life balance, and rebuilding energy and motivation. During your Burnout Recovery journey, we will use the following structure to bring about results that work for you:

Assessment: I will evaluate your current state, including stress levels, physical health, emotional wellbeing, and work environment.

Goal Setting: Together we will explore and set realistic and achievable goals for recovery, and personal and business growth.

Stress Management Techniques: I will teach you techniques such as mindfulness, relaxation exercises, time management, and effective communication skills.

Lifestyle Changes: Together we will look at nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, and other lifestyle factors that can influence recovery.

Emotional Support: I provide a safe space and therapy for you to express and finally release the feelings, worries and concerns without judgement with proven techniques you can take home and implement on a day-to-day basis.

Work-Life Balance: I help you to identify your true values and teach you to use those to your advantage when setting boundaries, prioritising tasks, and finding a balance between professional responsibilities and personal life.

Resource Referral: I collaborate with other health professionals such as nutritionists, pharmacists, fitness experts and medical doctors, if necessary.

Implementation Strategies & Accountability: Following the conclusion of the course you will get access to an online community for three months where you can share and compare your success in a judgement free and supportive environment.
