What if coaching doesn't work for me?

This programme combines education, practical tools and guided implementation. You are not simply receiving coaching advice, you are learning evidence-informed strategies you can apply immediately.

Will anyone know I'm participating?

Confidentiality is one of the core values of my work.

The only people who will know you are participating are the other members of your programme cohort and, naturally, myself. Cohorts are intentionally kept small to create a safe, supportive and respectful learning environment.

Many participants initially feel apprehensive about joining a group, only to discover a sense of relief when they realise they are not the only person experiencing these challenges. It is common for professionals from different industries and backgrounds to recognise similar pressures, patterns and struggles in one another.

Whilst there is never any obligation to share personal information, many participants find comfort, encouragement and accountability through connecting with others who understand what it feels like to carry significant responsibility whilst privately running on empty.

If complete privacy is important to you, you may wish to consider Six Weeks to Well, which combines the group programme with four private 1:1 sessions, or Wired to Well, my fully confidential individual coaching programme.

Is this therapy?

No. Although Jacqui is trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, Six Weeks to Sanity and Six Weeks to Well are coaching and educational programmes, not therapy programmes.

The focus is on helping you understand the science of stress and burnout, identify the factors affecting your performance and wellbeing, and develop practical strategies to restore balance, resilience and sustainable high performance.

Some modules include guided experiential exercises that are appropriate for a group learning environment and designed to deepen understanding and self-awareness. Participants are welcome to practise selected skills with a programme buddy if they choose, although this is entirely optional.

To support your learning, each module is accompanied by comprehensive eBooks, including practical exercises, reflective activities and summaries of key concepts, providing a valuable resource long after the programme has ended.

If, during the programme, you feel you would benefit from more personalised support, additional options are available.

Six Weeks to Well includes everything within the group programme, plus four private 1:1 sessions with Jacqui. These sessions allow you to explore your own circumstances in greater depth and receive personalised guidance alongside the structured programme.

Places for this option are limited to ensure every participant receives a high level of individual support.

If you do not require ongoing 1:1 support, you may prefer one of the following:

Power Hour – £97

A focused one-hour coaching session designed to help existing or former clients work through a specific challenge and leave with practical actions and solutions.

Strategy Session – £157

A two-hour intensive session providing clarity, insight and a personalised action plan for a particular challenge, decision or area of concern.

What if I miss a session?

The core principles of this programme is learning to value your own wellbeing, create healthy boundaries, trust others, accept support and engage fully in the present moment. For that reason, participants are encouraged to attend the live sessions wherever possible, as the greatest benefit comes from being part of the learning experience in real time.

As a general rule, session recordings are not routinely shared. This helps encourage participation, accountability and meaningful engagement within the programme.

However, life happens. If exceptional circumstances prevent you from attending a session, please speak to Jacqui, who will do her best to provide appropriate support where possible.

In addition, every module is accompanied by a comprehensive eBook containing the key learning points, exercises, reflective activities and practical tools from the session. These resources are designed to reinforce your learning and provide a valuable reference guide long after the programme has finished.

Ultimately, the programme is not simply about acquiring information, it is about creating lasting change through reflection, participation and practical application.
