Yes. Confidentiality is central to how I work. Many professionals prefer privacy when navigating pressure or early burnout, so participation is independent of employers and completely confidential unless you choose to share it.
Because this is a group programme, other participants will of course be present. All participants agree to Chatham House Rules, meaning anything shared within the programme remains private. This creates a respectful environment where trust, openness, and mutual support allow everyone to benefit fully from the work.
The programme is designed to provide a safe space to stabilise capacity without professional exposure.
If you happen to find that another participant is someone you know and would prefer they did not know you are attending, please speak to Jacqui privately so an appropriate solution can be arranged.
Six Weeks to Sanity is primarily delivered online through live guided sessions, making it accessible regardless of location and easy to attend alongside professional commitments. Some programmes may also be delivered in person when arranged for organisations or specific cohorts.
Life and work pressures happen. If you are unable to attend a session, you will still receive the programme materials and workbooks, allowing you to continue applying the learning and stabilisation tools in your own time.
